Dive into a short spiritual voyage….

A retreat can offer the valuable experience of doing sitting and walking meditation for longer periods of time, in silence, and with others. This can have the effect of beginning or deepening our personal meditation practice. This retreat is scheduled as a one-day experience for beginners or experienced meditators who would like a day to recharge. Our retreat will offer brief talks and stories, break times, meals and work periods, along with sitting and walking meditation. You can register by emailing us at

Tuition is by donation: We suggest a sliding scale of 50-100.00 for the day. (Breakfast & Lunch will be provided)  You can also email the fee to

If you require accommodation the night before – we can offer simple bed role type accommodations for a few participants and we suggest an additional donation of 30.00

The Retreat Schedule will run from 4:30am to 3:30pm.

We will be up and ready for our first meditation experience at 4:30pm
6am a simple breakfast will be provided (in silence)
6:45am check in, contextualize and initiate contemplative container
7:30am Seated meditation
10:00am break
10:15am Outdoor meditation experience (come prepared for the weather)
12:30pm Lunch
1:30pm meditation
2:00pm Moving meditation
2:45pm seated Meditation
3:15pm closing circle
