The Atlas Yoga Therapy Program intake is in January or July.

The yoga therapy program is for recent graduates of a 200hr YTT or for experienced yoga teachers who want to build on their foundational training. The yoga therapy program is comprised of core required courses, electives and workshops led by primary faculty and on occasion guest lecturers. All students with tuition fees in good standing are eligible to take electives over and above the course requirements.

Option 1: I am at the beginning of my yoga training journey.

• Head over to the Atlas 200hr Yoga Teacher Training page and you can start the application process from there for the Fundamentals of becoming a Yoga Teacher.

• Our program is held three times a year: Fall (September- August), Spring (Mid-May - Mid-June) and Winter (January - August). We will also be offering this program in Costa Rica in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to get more details.

• This program is for students who want to deepen their yoga practice and begin the first steps to teaching yoga. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself, the ability to cultivate a holistic yoga practice, and the tools to teach a multiple styles of hatha yoga including vinyasa, restorative, samasa, Kripalu, Yin and more.

• Tuition is 3,708.00 which includes a 50.00 application fee, a 500.00 deposit and if you register 45days or more before the program starts a 200.00 discount. Graduates from the Atlas 200hr YTT get a 3,000.00+ discount on yoga therapy training.

• New students who commit to 1000hrs of training at the beginning of their program get a total of 1000+hrs of training for 18,216.00 - less the 3,000.000 when your 200hr program is complete = 15,216.00. Payment plans are available.

• Mentors fees may be in addition to your tuition. Budget approximately 500.00 for books and other resources. If you choose to join us on retreat for electives or core components there will be additional travel and accommodation expenses priced at the time. These excursions will not be required.
  

Option 2: I have completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training outside of the Atlas Yoga School.

• Welcome to the 800hr journey to become a yoga therapist.

• If you did not complete the Atlas 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Program you may require a bridging program. The bridging program is priced based on the number of hours required to upgrade and is agreed upon in advance of the program start date.

• Tuition is 15,216.00 plus (HST):

  • 50.00 application fee - submitted with application

  • 2,500.00 Deposit - paid when an offer of admission is accepted.

  • 12,666.00 balance of tuition due 45days before the start of the program, or optional payment plans.

    • paid annually 3,400.00 per year for 4 years.

    • paid monthly 295.00 over 24 payments

• Mentors fees may be in addition to your tuition. Budget approximately 500.00 for books and other resources. If you choose to join us on retreat for electives or core components there will be additional travel and accommodation expenses priced at the time. These excursions will not be required.

Option 3: I have completed 500+ hours of training and 500hrs of documented teaching experience

Welcome to the 500hr Program to cohesively bring together all training and teaching experience to become a yoga therapist.

• Your training and teaching experience exceeds the requirements of the Atlas 500hr Yoga Teacher Training Program and you have taught a minimum of 500hrs - this can include group classes and private clients

• While it requires extensive examination to determine how best to serve each individual this application may include interviews by telephone and/or zoom. Submission of certifications and records of case studies completed. It is highly recommended that you have a particular niche that you are interested in working with at the beginning of this stage of training. We can best serve you by helping you to focus and hone in on what your specialization is/will be. There may be remedial work that you have to do over an above the 500hrs of the program to bridge the wisdom gap to meet the standards for graduation.

• Tuition 9,108.00 plus (HST)

  • 50.00 application fee - submitted with application

  • 2,500.00 Deposit - paid when an offer of admission is accepted.

  • 6,558.00 due 45days before the program start date.

    • paid annually 3779.00 over 2 years

    • paid monthly 335.75 over 24 payments
