Testimonials
“Being pregnant and becoming a mom was a journey I looked forward to but had no frame of reference for. Lisa, Denise and Alicia, the teachers at Atlas Yoga Studio, helped me to relax into and enjoy this life changing transition.”
”What an incredible journey. I cannot imagine what other people do to relieve the stress, anxiety, the fears of pregnancy without yoga.”
”I didn’t get to as many classes as I hoped, but what I learned helped so much in labour and delivery and my husband felt confident in supporting me through the whole long ordeal. Thank you.”
