Join Danielle, yoga teacher and sleep expert for an evening of learning about the importance of sleep and your sleep cycle followed by a 60 minute sleep promoting yoga flow.

Sleep is an important component of good health and learning about your cycle can help to empower your nightly rituals and routines to promote a good night's rest.
